: Dennis Cain (Paul Wonnacott) is 50 today! But he'd rather listen to his old pop records than celebrate with wife Pauline (Sue Burgess) and their friends Jane and Roger Fuller (Doreen Pooley and Roger Wickham). (One For The Road, SBADS 1997)(File: SBADS-1997-One-For-The-Road-01-web)

: He's pretty concerned though, and so are the girls, when Roger tttacks the Queen Anne bureau to discover the secret inside! (One For The Road, SBADS 1997)(File: SBADS-1997-One-For-The-Road-02-web)

: Pauline and Jane look on bemused as Dennis threatens to strip. (Or are they just scared that he'll do it?). (One For The Road, SBADS 1997)(File: SBADS-1997-One-For-The-Road-03-web)

: And now it's Jane who's doing the threatening, and what she's threatening is her cowering husband because she's just discovered he's been having an affair with his defiant protector Pauline. But it all comes right in the end. (One For The Road, SBADS 1997)(File: SBADS-1997-One-For-The-Road-04-web)

: Nostalgia descends as Dennis and Roger remember the days of their long-gone youth back in the 1960s. (One For The Road, SBADS 1997)(File: SBADS-1997-One-For-The-Road-05-web)

: Dennis, disillusioned by modern-day life, decides that he's going to jack it all in, pack up his ancient haversack, and go back 'on the road'. But will he really do it? (One For The Road, SBADS 1997)(File: SBADS-1997-One-For-The-Road-06-web)
