About This Production

This production is mentioned in a press report of a SBADS committee meeting, but no report of the play itself was kept. However, the archive of the now defunct Western Times has provided us with details of the cast. The clipping refers, slightly oddly, to the 'newly formed society': although the group formally adopted the name of SBADS in 1934, it had been performing since 1925.
