About This Production
This production was our first non-panto production since before the Covid-19 pandemic. It consisted of two plays: the well-known "Love Letters" and the new play "Anybody Can Jump", written by a local author.
"Love Letters" is a two-hander which traces the trajectory of a life-long love as Andy and Melissa’s deep connection is revealed in their exchange of letters over the years. A touching and humorous exploration of lives lived, chances taken, and opportunities missed.
"Anybody Can Jump" is a one man show about a boy from Paignton, his estranged father, and the legendary motorcycle daredevil Evel Knievel. This comedic drama about extremes of masculinity follows a life story of glorious failure and occasional glory.
